1. About Infinite NXT

Infinite NXT is an educational technology platform designed to provide
users with trading-related educational tools, market information,
analytical features, paper-trading functionality and technology-based
trading workflow tools.

Our platform is intended to help users understand market analysis,
trading processes, risk management concepts and trading technology.

2. Educational & Informational Purpose

All educational content, market information, charts, indicators,
signals, analysis, statistics, examples, simulations and other materials
available through Infinite NXT are provided for
educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing available on Infinite NXT constitutes personalized investment
advice, financial advice, portfolio management, wealth management,
brokerage services or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial
instrument.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating any trading or
investment decision they choose to make.

Where market signals, indicators or analytical outputs are displayed,
they are generated as technology-based educational or analytical tools
and should not be treated as personalized financial recommendations.

4. Trading & Market Risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk. Prices can move
rapidly and losses can occur, including the potential loss of the entire
amount committed to a trade.

Past performance, simulated results, historical data, backtests or
hypothetical examples do not guarantee future results.

You should only trade with funds that you can afford to lose and should
seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Paper Trading & Simulated Results

Certain features of Infinite NXT may provide simulated or paper-trading
functionality.

Paper-trading results are hypothetical and may differ materially from
actual market execution due to factors including liquidity, spreads,
slippage, latency, market conditions, execution rules and other
circumstances.

Simulated performance must not be interpreted as evidence that a user
will achieve similar results in a live trading environment.

6. Market Data & Third-Party Information

Market prices, charts, indicators, statistics and other information may
be obtained from third-party data providers or external services.

While we may take reasonable steps to maintain the reliability of the
platform, Infinite NXT does not guarantee that market data or other
information will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted
or error-free.

Delays, outages, technical errors or discrepancies may occur.

7. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your
account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials and for activities performed through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization,
you should contact us promptly.

8. User Responsibilities

When using Infinite NXT, you agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, modify or exploit the platform without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload or disrupt our services.
• Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful software.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Use our content to misrepresent Infinite NXT or its services.
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

9. Subscription Plans & Paid Services

Certain features or services may be available through paid subscription
plans or one-time purchases.

Pricing, billing frequency, plan features and applicable taxes, where
relevant, will be displayed before payment is completed.

Access to paid features may depend on successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or service plans in the future.
Changes will not affect a payment that has already been successfully
completed unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

10. Payments

Payments for applicable services may be processed through third-party
payment service providers such as Razorpay.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms,
privacy policy, security procedures and applicable regulations.

Infinite NXT does not intentionally collect or store complete payment
card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or banking authentication credentials
on its own servers.

Payment confirmation, failure, cancellation or refund status may depend
on information received from the relevant payment provider.

11. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our
Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of
these Terms & Conditions.

Where a refund is approved, the amount will generally be processed
through the original payment method or payment channel, subject to the
payment provider’s processing timelines.

Please review the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy before
completing a purchase.

12. Third-Party Services

Infinite NXT may integrate with or provide links to third-party services,
software, brokers, data providers, payment processors, hosting providers
or other external platforms.

Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms
and policies imposed by those providers.

Infinite NXT is not responsible for the independent operation,
availability, policies or practices of third-party services.

13. MT5 & External Trading Connections

Where the platform provides functionality for connecting an external
trading account or MetaTrader 5 environment, such functionality is
provided as a technology integration feature.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their broker account, trading
activity, software configuration and use of any external trading
service comply with the applicable terms, laws and regulations.

Infinite NXT does not control the policies, execution systems,
liquidity, spreads or trading conditions of external brokers or
third-party trading platforms.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Infinite NXT name, branding, website
design, software, interface, graphics, educational materials, text,
logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to
Infinite NXT.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, modify or
commercially exploit our proprietary content without prior written
permission.

15. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Infinite NXT available and operational; however, we do
not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance,
upgrades, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, security events,
internet failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where we
reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, applicable
laws, security requirements or other platform rules.

We may also temporarily restrict services where necessary for security,
maintenance, fraud prevention or technical reasons.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite NXT shall
not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or
similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from trading
decisions, market movements, missed opportunities, technical failures,
data inaccuracies, connectivity problems or third-party service
interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that
cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and
hold harmless Infinite NXT, its owners, employees, contractors and
service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses
arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms or
violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

19. Privacy

Your use of Infinite NXT is also governed by our
Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect
it, how it may be processed and the rights available to users.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect
changes to our services, technology, legal requirements or business
practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised
“Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after an update may constitute acceptance
of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction
in which the operating entity of Infinite NXT is legally established,
without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to consumers under
applicable law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts
having authority over the relevant operating entity, subject to
applicable law.
